and after consonants, /Ap, and /GI, by halGyAbbhyodIrgh....

So, it only stays —

after ai ऐ,

he jedaiH हे जेदैः "hey Jedi knight"

after au औ,

**gaus गौस् "hey cow", unaffected by eGhrasvAtsamb... because gotoNit works first.
he gagana-nauH हे गगनॱनौः "hey sentient spaceship"

and after long vowels that are not /Ap /GI —

Base lakSmI- लक्ष्मीॱ is special: some think it has /GI, some think it doesn't, so you may say he lakSMi हे लक्ष्ंइ or he lakSmIH हे लक्ष्मीः, both are fine.
