The tenses affected are /laT /liT /lRT /luT (but not /loT, because of loTolaGvat 6> and other exceptions).

The bent basic tiG are —

/thAs /AthAm /dhvam
/iT' /vahi /mahi

Rule thAsasse > changes /thAs into /se''' in the /laT and in the /liT.

In the /laT, rule this rule changes the other eight, so we get the bent laT —

/te''' /Ate''' /jhe'''
/se''' /Athe''' /dhve'''
/e''' /vahe''' /mahe'''

But in the /liT, we get those same except /te''' /jhe''' — there, exception liTastajhay... >> makes /ez /irec instead —

**cakR- चकृॱ + /ta → **cakR- चकृॱ + /ez → **cakre चक्रे

**cakR- चकृॱ + /jha → **cakR- चकृॱ + /irec → **cakrire चक्रिरे

In the /laT, /jhe''' becomes /ante''', by jhontaH, after a अ —

labha लभ + /laT /jha
